There are three types of catering spreads from Chipotle:
- The Big Spread – choose from three varieties: chicken, steak, barbacoa, carnitas or sofritas along with fajita veggies.
- The Two Meat Spread – choose from meats or sofritas.
- The Veggie Spread – choose from sofritas and fajita veggies or extra guacamole and fajita veggies.
All the spreads include white and brown cilantro – lime rice, roasted chili-corn salsa, tomatillo- red chili salsa, black beans and pinto beans, fresh tomato salsa, tomatillo – green chili salsa, sour cream, cheese, guacamole, lettuce, taco shells, chips and soft flour taco tortillas. You won’t even have to worry about serving tableware, either, since spreads include serving spoons, tongs, bowls, napkins, forks, chaffing strands, steam pans and fuel.
The Chipotle Classic Burritos
If you have no space to set up a spread, you have an alternative to serve burritos instead. Chipotle has the unique Burritos by the Box which is ideal for 6 or more guests. To order the Burritos by the Box, you need to mix and match your choice of meat, veggies and wrapper. But if you are unsure of what to order, you can otherwise leave it to Chipotle and they will send you an assortment of burritos.
Each Chipotle burrito has cilantro – lime rice, cheese, black bean and fresh tomato salsa. Your burrito order also comes with a free bag of chips, tomatillo-green chili salsa, guacamole and sour cream.

If you just want to eat some snacks for a meeting or at home then a bag of chips and salsa may just be the best snack ever! Chipotle has a big and bigger bag of chips that will serve up to 20 people. Your bag of chips comes with guacamole, fresh tomato salsa, roasted chili-corn salsa, tomatillo-green chili salsa and tomatillo-red chili salsa.
Special things to remember about Chipotle Catering!
In ordering catering spreads, the company asks for at least 24 hours’ notice. There is no need to make an advanced notice when ordering burritos in a box and chips. If you are ready to place your order, you can call 1-800-CHIPOTLE from 7 am to 7 pm MST. You may also visit a nearby Chipotle to place your catering order.
At Chipotle, you cannot customize your catering order. The company does not offer a full service order for large parties such as weddings and birthdays. Their spreads can only cover up to 20 guests.
Chipotle does not include beverages and desserts in their catering services and therefore you must provide your own dessert and drinks for your event.
